大鼠CTR(降钙素受体)由Calcr基因编码,属于B类G蛋白偶联受体家族。它在中枢神经系统(如伏隔核、孤束核等脑区)和外周组织(如肾脏、乳腺等)均有表达。大鼠CTR存在C1a和C1b两种异构体,C1a对鲑鱼降钙素亲和力高但对人/大鼠降钙素亲和力低;C1b因胞外域多了37个氨基酸的插入,对配体亲和力更低。此外,CTR与RAMP蛋白共表达时可形成功能性胰淀素受体,其也是破骨细胞的重要标志物。 |
